Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Customised items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging, where present.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Message me using the contact form on this website or the email address you recieved your order confirmation from, detailing the issue.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • If you require a replacement item, it will have the store’s normal lead-time in processing, as it will be made to order.
  • Returns due to issues not connected to the quality/condition of the product (such as changing your mind about a purchase) may require buyer to cover return shipping costs.
